But a fraudulent charge went to collection, and the client went from over-qualifying to being unable to purchase a house at all! Within 3 weeks, Elaina was able to help the client COMPLETELY CLEAR his name and his credit. They closed on his dream house, and the client has lived happily ever after!
Elaina also had an elderly client, with ZERO forms of electronic communication. So every time they looked for a house together Elaina had to set aside an entire work day. But to Elaina, and her client, it was worth it!
